So, back when I still visited #keysounds, ch_604 told me he was working on a Pump it Up Exceed theme for SM4. I think he got tired of working on it and I tried to take it off his hands. The problem is, I never really did anything with it, so it's just in an old install of SM4CVS, un-updated.
Screenshots were taken in dance mode because I'm a lazy fuck.
